The Accel Financial Counseling program offers you and your family the opportunity to receive confidential assistance at no cost to you.
Please contact an Accel financial counselor for immediate help with any financial questions. Accel financial counselors are available Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST, Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sat from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. An appointment can be scheduled for members with questions or concerns that need additional time on the phone, or require a worksheet and action plan.
