By meeting with a loan officer first, you'll know how much house you can afford and what price range to shop in. We'll explain the features of different mortgages and help you decide which is better for you. We also can prequalify you for a mortgage, so you can feel more confident about getting the home of your dreams.
Members who can afford a monthly house payment but just don't have the $8,000 to $14,000 down payment usually required, can now apply for a 1st mortgage loan for as little as 3.5% down.
