We are pleased to make e-statement services available at no additional cost to our members as part of your online banking services. With e-statements members can access their monthly statement in a secure environment without having to wait for it to come in the mail or bear the risk of statements being lost or stolen. Your account information stays in our secure environment.
Once you sign up, statements will be available for 5 years from each statement date. You may print them, download them to your own computer or simply view them in electronic form.
Important Information for Current E-Statement Users
If you have been viewing your e-statements at THE VAULT log in site you will be able to view your historical statements prior to September 2012 in the same place for 5 years from the date of that statement. To view statements from September 2012 forward you will sign in to your online banking account and go to Accounts/New Online Statements/Select your Account/Select the month you want to view.
If you have not had online banking access in the past but viewed your statements by signing into THE VAULT you will need to request access to online banking and view your statements as a part of the other services available to manage your accounts.
